| * Beverly Hills Chihuahua? Seriously? * Okay, so a simple comment about Roger Dobkowitz - Sorry, but I don't care. And a comment about Steve Beverly - Sorry, but I don't care. * As you'll see later from the Twitter feed, I just selected my new work cell phone. *waits for appropriate comment* * Been playing with Twitter to do microblogging. Not sure if I care, or if I'll stay there. The integration with Facebook sucks. I may be microblogging on Facebook instead. Don't know or care. * That darned cat has cost me a paycheck recently, and I'm not happy about that... * I've had two baskets of blueberries in two days. Yum. * paperbackswap.com rocks the house. If you sign up, use rialtus as a referral. * I'll be in Rancho Bernardo Wednesday and Thursday. Woo...hoo... * The Stranger: 30th Anniversary is already mine - 1 day early. Amazon lists this as 3 CDs and 1 DVD, but then mention in the text that it's 2 CDs and 1 DVD for a total of 3 discs. Gugh. * XP SP3 is (finally) being released to Automatic Updates "shortly", along with a new version of the Automatic Updates client. | |

| So, I've got to admit something. never saw the movie Alien Nation. Good thing I have it sitting n the TiVo right now. Then, of course, there is the TV series which is available on DVD. It's funny watching this movie in 2007, when it was released in 1988 and set in 1991. The future ain't what it used to be. Watched Thank You for Smoking last night. Oh, dang was that funny. Not a joke a minute. Not even a joke type movie, but with the situational zingers, it was a great flick. I'd recommend it to everyone. Oh, and a bit of trivia -- with the exception of an old movie scene, no one in the movie is shown smoking! And Monday's How I Met Your Mother will feature Barney on The Price is Right. Info found at How I Met Your Blog. | |

| Just got done watching The Aristocrats and I noticed a Special Thanks to Tom Bergeron. He not in the movie, though, so ... anyone know why he got that credit? | |

| The other day, I responded to a five question thing from creativedv8tion. The question was " Best movie most people haven't ever seen is...?". I finally figured out TWO movies that are better than the answer I originally gave -- The Dish and October Sky, both of which are based on true stories. That is all. | |

| So I just got done watching IFC's "Dinner for Five". This week's episode was a repeat that I didn't catch when it first aired. Jon Favreau was MIA, so Kevin Smith was filling in as host. Guests were Stan Lee, Jason Lee, Mark Hamill, and J. J. Abrams. I did not know that J. J. Abrams wrote Regarding Henry. I really liked that movie, because Harrison Ford just played a character that, at the time, was totally contrary to his Han Solo and Indiana Jones characters, and you really felt for his character. Anyway, after looking up Abram's IMDB profile, I notice that he also wrote Forever Young. Schwag! In something unrelated, Fox has announced on their site that "Prison Break" will be returning Monday, March 20 at 8/7c, pairing it with "24". That will be one kickin' two-hour block! | |

| To prove how sick I am today, I'll mention that I'm watching Alien vs. Predator. Yeah, it's pretty bad. I can't believe they are talking about a sequel. If they would have kept with the story in the books... it might have been good. | |

| I think DorkTower has pretty much nailed how I feel about the Hitchhiker's movie... Comic hereLast day before vacation, and we're doing that last minute stuff, specifically laundry and packing. Fuuuuuun... If you aren't using Firefox, shame. Go here now! If you have FireFox, you know about extensions. There is an Abe Vigoda status. Normally, it says alive. Today, we get "reading Alien Loves Predator". I had to find out more, and now I've added the feed to my friends list. =) Uhm.... yeah, I got nothing. See you all in a week! | |

| Based on a suggestion from jaydlewis some time back, I *finally* saw "Run Lola Run" today. What a very interesting movie, and one I would recommend to anyone who like a good dramatic movie and/or likes the real time aspect of the tv show "24". Yes, it's subtitled because the film is German. Deal with it. I won't give away anthing except to say that damn can she scream. Thanks, Jay! | |

| I hate waking up at 2:30 in the morning, thinking it's later, and being in the fuzzy state of mind. My mind was thinking about something which I can't recall, but it involved standing in the driveway with a neighbor, looking down the street at ... something? Ech. I fumbled around for my glasses, which had fallen off the night stand. By the time I found those and looked at the clock, I noticed the time. So suddenly my mind jumped to knowing that the recent Disney movie "Pooh's Huffalump Movie" made about $6 million on opening weekend, which would be a good thing to remember for HSX in case another one of these things came out. *rattle rattle rattle* What a wonderful way to start the day... NOT! | |
