And to think I still have two computers running Windows 3.1 (A 486DX2-50 laptop and a 486DX33 tower... both in the storage area, but working).

Somewhere I have Windows 3.1 on 3.5 inch disks, and Windows 3.0 on 5.25 disks...

It was zero years ago today that my work finally dumped Win2K and upgraded to Win XP. Evidentally, it was getting to hard to get tech support for Win2K.

Microsoft ended mainstream support of W2K July 1, 2005. It's now on Extended support, which means you can get security updates, but only if you are on the latest Service Pack (4). If you have a functional/support issue, Microsoft will help you at a price now, where they did this for free before. Oh, and you should expect a lot of "This problem doesn't exist with XP" when you call in too...
