Pyramid Pictures

A quick and dirty web site that has all of the pictures from our journey to Pyramid. See Jay, I figured out how to scan after all. =)

This is the personal web space that I have with the DSL account, so there shouldn't be any sort of bandwidth restrictions. If there is, then... well, wait for an hour and try again. =)

Hugely, hugely cool. Next time you post something as much fun as that, you probably should post some sort of warning so that the game show fanboys know to wear their protective pants before going and having a look. :-) Hey, not many people get to the Winners' Circle!

Nice to see how you all look. Mandel looks particularly like he perpetually can't believe he's there. :-)

Isn't it all so... bijou, somehow?

Actually, the whole time we were there, Mandel was saying how he couldn't believe this. After Dick's first main game round, we both looked at each other and said something along the lines of "WOW...".

Heck, I think this is the first time most of my online friends have actually seen a picture of me. I also remember when I was first in atgs when I posted everything by Rialtus, and no one knew my real name. When I first met Mister Solomon, he called me Rialtus, not Carl. Time sure have changed...

With Dick Clark, even.

Where's Donny? Hog-tied behind the game board or something? :)

Wicked cool, I must say. When I was on Jeopardy!, I didn't get any farther over than the podiums. I should go back and take the tour, sometime, if only to see the new set.

Donny, like Betty, was off the stage before we could get there. =( Maybe next time.

As a teen, I tried out for the J! Teen Tourney. This was still when they were taping at KTLA, and we took the test in the audience area. As a kid, that alone was wicked cool. In 1997, my friend tried out for R&R J!. Since he had no car at that point, I drove him down to Sony. I sat outside while he took the written test, followed by a play test on the actual set. He's still not let it live down that he was at the contestant podium and got to press a real J! ring-in while I've only made it to the audience. =)
