Celebrity Mole: Hawaii is done. I can't believe that this person was the Mole, and that this person won. I will say this -- those "hidden clues" that they never mentioned before SUCKED! BTW, if you have a few thousand dollars to spend, you can buy one of the player's journals on eBay, the great American way (tm). For that matter, if you have a few thousand dollars, send me an email and I'll be glad to give you a journal of mine.

Last night's dinner at Buca di Beppo was nice. Jen was pleasantly surprised, which is always good. =) The diet, however, went out the window. =(

I've been noticing that my entries are getting tougher and tougher to post, because I don't feel that I'm doing anything worthy of posting. *shrug* Just an observation.

I think I just might finally break down and upgrade my TiVo to 300 hours. I really need to do this before we leave for two weeks in May because of sweeps. I'll lose any settings I have now, but it's a burden I'll have to bear...

It's my understanding that diets don't apply on weekends, holidays, or birthdays. Since tomorrow is kind of a holiday, I say you're OK; the diet police won't come after you.

I love Buca De Beppo, but it's too danged expensive to go to that often. Once every couple of years is about it for us.

In a fit of total irony, one of Jen's co-workers has invited us to go there again this weekend because they have reservations for the Kitchen Table. Oh, and they are treating.

If you were looking closely in episode 5 you saw that the table the Mole contestants were seated at was brown. This was a clue to the fact that the Mole's favorite dairy product is Chocolate Milk.

My major complaint about the chicken with lemon -- there's not enough! We had a half lasagna, half chicken with lemon when we went. While the lasagna was quite sizable, we only received two rather small chicken breasts. Don't get me wrong -- they were wonderful. But for the pricing, I expected more...

Two Days After The Fact...
...I think I can name names as to who won and who was the mole. But, for the 12 of you who haven't seen or heard about the results...

OK, based on watching *one* promo for the latter 2/3 of the ABC Wednesday night lineup midway into the "CM:H" series, I figured out the mole was Frederique. Toward the end of this promo, there was a picture of Trista, representing "The Bachelorette" of course, and on the right was Frederique. Below their pictures, the titles of their respective shows. (Seems like in other similar promos, they had Ahmad in the "CM:H" frame.)

Can't believe Kathy won -- *and* whoever would win would keep that $$$ for him/herself. (I assumed they were playing for charity... oh well.)

Still more after the fact
I can believe Kathy won, because she has mentioned many times before that she is all about reality shows. She knew how the game was played, and played it well enough it seems. =)

I, too, was a bit shocked that the celebs were not playing for charity. I gues since they endured all of this effort, they get the spoils? I suppose the same will be said about I'm a Celebrity. Get me out of Here!, but I won't care.
